Marketing Creative 
As a Creative Director focused on marketing campaigns and communication, my responsibility is to unpack the key brand attributes of each client and tell the story of  how they deliver on their brand promise.  

Of course, I am also responsible for bringing out the best in my team.  With the proper balance of support and challenge, and in an environment of honest collaboration, teams thrive. In a digital world where projects have become increasingly complex, old-school, top-down approaches rarely produce the best results. My job is to set the standard, provide inspiration, and unlock the talent and enthusiasm on my team, all in service of excellent business communication.  

 

Digital Strategist
A strong strategy starts with an understanding of marketing goals. Where do we need to grow the online footprint to reach the ideal audience? Do we need organic traffic, or paid? Which social media channels are the most effective for our brand? How can email campaigns drive conversions, and support a sales process? How do we measure conversions based on traffic sources, or content? We answer these questions with new questions. Who is the audience? How do they research online? How does the brand solve their problems?  If strategy starts by understanding goals, it ends in well-coordinated multi-channel communication that delivers new business.  I lead a team of SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing and Email Marketing specialists who do just that.  coordinated

Project Management
Over the last 15 years I have managed more than 100o digital projects from website branding and ecommerce development projects, to custom software solutions, content marketing and SEO campaigns. I have always started by getting alignment on project goals from all stakeholders, and making sure these have been communicated effectively to internal teams.  I have been vigilant in identifying and resolving risks to timelines and budgets. Like being an effective Creative Director, I have found that being a strong Project Manager has required the ability to communicate a shared vision, make the tough calls, and be a problem solver. I've also found strong organizational and time management skills to be a huge advantage.
